A celebration of our lovely sara/sera/sarâ (or however you spell it)...

hello all,

we thought and thought about a good way to go about celebrating sara’s 30th birthday on july 7th and trying to involve all of the special friends she has made so far and wide. unfortunately not everyone could make it to a big backyard barbeque with mini hot dogs, lobster rolls, chocolate pudding and ja’mocha almond fudge ice cream, followed by a dj johnny b dance party at the delancey lounge (though we’re planning to go dancing on saturday, july 12th, so stay tuned if you’re in the neighborhood).

the next best thing seemed like a blog (eventually to be turned into a book), where all of her friends could post messages of love and luck, fond memories, photos, and birthday wishes, wherever in the world they happen to be.

so please, take a moment and add something fun, funny or special, and pass this on to all who know and love her!!

Happy Day!!!

Sara!  It's obvious from the rest of the entries that I'm not alone in thinking you're the truest and dearest friend anyone can ask for - but I think that's one of your gifts, that you have enough love to share with so many people and each of us feels lucky to be in your inner circle...  even if that circle is bursting with other admirers!

Being friends with you was clearly one of the best things about Miramax and the past eight years in NYC - all of our delicious dinners, brunches, lunches, fro-yo breaks, drinks (or one drink), screenings, parties, comedy shows, premieres, and especially the walks and talks all over the city.  I know your 30s will be just as glamorous because you make everything fancy and fun.  You are a beautiful light in the world, thanks for shining on us!

I'm so sorry to miss the celebration of Sara but we wish you all wonderful things for this year and every day!

Love you lady,
Ariana
